Founded in 2019, Talent Bridge is committed to connecting students and early career professionals from underrepresented backgrounds to mentorship, skills training, and career opportunities.
MISSION & STORY
Built to level the playing field.
Talent Bridge was established in 2019 by Judith Ibukunlayo, a people professional with over 18 years of experience in training and development. Driven by a genuine belief that talent is equally distributed but opportunity is not, Judith built Talent Bridge to close that gap for underrepresented communities across the North East and beyond.
Today Talent Bridge offers mentoring, coaching, leadership training, career readiness, and work placements all designed around the specific needs and goals of each individual.
